Review: Nice fitting steel back strap and trigger guard. Fit and finish are very good. Wood grips are plain walnut and well finished and fitted. Action locks up tight and timing is perfect. Sights are on. Hammer and trigger are MIMED.

"Nice after some work"

Review: Bought new in 2020. Overall well made with correct timing, lock up, and arbor set correctly. Rough from the factory but smoothed up very nicely with an action job and polishing the internal parts. Only real issue was the hammer roller was seized from the factory and I had to remove it and polish it up so it would spin. A nice revolver and works well with Remington #10 caps and replacement Treso nipples. Check out the YouTube videos from Blackie Thomas and Duelist1954 to learn how to slick these ... More details

Review: Great pistol. Great customer service. Full catalogue. I think I will not shop elsewhere for my blackpowder firearms.

Review: I couldn't be happier with this pistol. It's beautifully made, shoots smooth, and will be a cherished member of my son's collection for many years to come. I also cannot thank Debra at EMF for her knowledge, patience, and courtesy in answering all of my questions and for her promptness in expediting my order. I will definitely order from EMF again.

Review: Overall this navy is excellent Barrel could use more polishing before blueing process. Timeing is on and positive.Fitting of Barrel to frame and all internal parts are spot on. This is the best Pietta that I’ve bought.Looks like there on par with Uberti except for overall finish but at lower cost. Satisfied with EMF.

Review: I was very pleased to receive my London model navy revolver so quickly. It's a beautiful gun with great lockup and incredible fit and finish. The EMF staff with their friendly confirmation call made me feel assured the order was on its way. I highly recommend shopping EMF, you won't be disappointed.

Review: The pistol rates a 5 from me. The only problem is that the Pietta name is so prominently marked on the side of the barrel. I realize that they are justly proud of their product, but as it is a replica I just wish they would have put it in smaller characters, perhaps on the underside of the barrel?

"Worth the wait"

Review: The piece is gorgeous. I am tempted to just turn it into an art piece but at it's price point, I can just buy another one if I ruin it. Heads up though, I waited half a year to get my hands on this thing.

"Beautiful and Much improved"

Review: About 30 years ago I became interested in Black Powder and Cap and Ball Revolvers especially. The quality of the guns available at that time was horrendous, they were kinda sorta shaped like the originals, and were smooth as washed out gravel roads, I quickly got over my interest... I heard the quality had improved and I decided to see for myself, boy am I glad I did, the originals were not as pretty as this Pietta London Model and the trigger is very nearly as smooth as the Single Action trigge... More details
